The Canon A range definitely has the most features for anything like that money, and the fact that it uses SD cards means that you can load it up with cheap memory (1Gb is the biggest card available for my F10). Didn't think about mentioning the A range because of the size. Far more flexible than either the F10 or the T5. Have fun with it. Interesting choice.
