It’s exciting when you stumble upon a site that’s just too full of goodies and you have to immediately throw a post up about it.

Everyone should immediately rush over to MiniAjax.com and check out the huge listing of web2.0/ajax type applications and scripts. These aren’t just little snippets of code or half finished ideas, they’re all fantastic.

My favourite at this moment is Clickheat. A php script that you can just drop on to your server and get click heat maps for you pages. I’m currently paying for this at work via ClickDensity (it’s cheap, at only £2) but i’ve got clickheat running at this moment and if that runs okay i’ll be cancelling clickdensity for sure!

Time for another new look. I get sick of staring at the same theme for too long. Found a nice theme called Water3 over at the wordpress themes viewer.

Only a few minor tweaks, wasn’t keen on the image and i’ve used the second column to display my ads. Also took the opportunity to upgrade wordpress to version 2.1.2. Seems very nice so far, lots of ajaxy goodness in the admin interface. My only hassle was the changes to the plugin api. Most of the stuff I had plugged in, now no longer works including my nice buttons in the ‘write’ page to help me add images to my posts. I guess i’ll have to take a few minutes to rewrite them.
